Integrity

Everything we believe in and work for would collapse if this were not our starting point. This is where we begin. Whenever there is any moral ambiguity we work with our clients tfind the right way, a way that is both effective and honorable. The following values are the supportive pillars of our integrity:

  • Accountability:
We hold ourselves accountable for things we say and do and we expect that our customers will hold us accountable and answerable as well.
  • Clarity:
We ask questions, and provide lucid answers when we are questioned, with the aim of limiting potential assumptions and ambiguity.
  • Commitment:
We will not take on a client's project unless we are able to detail the level of commitment that we will honor.
  • Courage:
We are committed to speaking "truth to power." We will advise our clients of the best and most honorable course of action regardless of the consequences to ourselves.
  • Honesty:
The truth, plain, simple, or in all its potential complexity-we will deliver it. We expect it from our clients in order to provide them with realistic and complete solutions.
  • Respect:
The primary way we show respect for our clients as well as ourselves is by being truthful and by meeting or exceeding all the commitments we agree to.
  • Responsibility:
We see responsibility as the as the ability to respond with substantive suggestions and actions as well as the maturity to accept accountability for the outcomes we endeavor to effect.
