Our Sales Assessment Service is the recommended first step when engaging Mindful Selling™. During this phase Mindful Selling™ experts speak with key members of your sales and marketing team. We also speak with those executives identified by you who have a major impact on sales or, are impacted by sales results. We are looking for the strengths and weaknesses in your existing sales process. The information is then analyzed and recommendations are made oriented toward providing you with the steps that need to be taken to create or reengineer an effective and profitable sales process and sales team.

Mindful Selling™ Customization
Mindful Selling™ consultants work with people in your organization to create sales and marketing tools that are customized to match the market that you are selling to. These tools are used by sales and marketing people to communicate more effectively and to shorten sales cycles.

Mindful Coaching™
This service offers sales representatives and sales executives the opportunity to communicate in real time with Mindful Selling™ coaches to address active sales dilemmas. Mindful Selling™ coaches are also available to work with individual members of a sales force on the continual development of sales skills.

Mindful Selling™ Sales Workshops
A Mindful Selling™ Workshop covers the basics of a sales cycle. It covers everything from finding and preparing for prospects to the activities undertaken by salespeople after the close, ensuring satisfied customers and future sales.

A workshop is customized for your organization in order to emphasize the elements of the sales cycle which will speed your people to a finalized sale. Workshops are generally two to three days depending on your market variables and the amount of customization.
